Here is an efficient way to create a task and track the enrollment process for multiple physicians at one time within the workflow section.

From the main Workflow tab, select “Create a Task,” type in the subject, description, payer(s), the TIN, Provider(s), priority level, status, assign it to yourself or another user, and set a follow up date. Once the task is created, the assignee will receive an email reminder the day before the due date. There will also be a task with detailed notes created for each provider that was initially selected.

Notice that because 3 providers were selected in the task, 3 individual tasks were created simultaneously on the main workflow page. This is a great way to track the enrollment process!
